Refund policy

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each bar of soap is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with love before it leaves our workshop. Because our soaps are personal care products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned soaps cannot be restocked or resold, which is why we have this policy in place.

Please note that slight variations in color, shape, texture, and scent are a natural part of the handmade process and make each bar unique.
